I would highly recommend Mr Warren. He made me feel listened to and took the time to explain the procedure in detail and answer any questions I had. I found Mr Warren to be very knowledgeable and caring particularly in the way he provided firm but kind reassurance when I felt anxious. Mr Warren made me feel very confident from the first moments of our initial meeting until ultimately discharge. He was very clear in all his communication as he diagnosed the issues, explained the proposed surgical solutions and recovery plan. At every stage he answered my questions fully and clearly, and was empathetic but also a firm hand in steering my treatment in the right direction. Wholeheartedly recommended!!

I found Mr Warren to be both very professional and empathic. He gave me clear and concise explanations with regard to my diagnosis and treatment options. I felt that he conveyed good clinical understanding of my condition and he also understood my concerns and apprehensions about the surgical procedure in relation to my other pre-existing conditions. It was very refreshing to engage with a professional who took the whole context into consideration. I enjoyed his energy and bedside manner.
