Mr Chester was absolutely fantastic. At no time did I ever feel pressured, he saw me on at least three occasions post surgery as I was undecided as to which course of action available to me to take. He was not happy until I was, and that level of care was much appreciated. And the outcome was better that the original plastic surgery 24 years previously. I had several follow up visits post surgery which again underlines the high level of care Mr Chester offers. I am delighted with my results, and have no hesitation in recommending both his outstanding skills and his patient care.

Fantastic care from Mr Chester and his team who successfully removed a cyst from my neck. Consultations were friendly, professional and everything was explained in 'layman's terms' so one could make the right choices. The minor operation was successful with no complications, leaving only a small scar that is barely visible. This is how healthcare should be. Thank you.

Dr Chester was very approachable and professional through all engagements. I would not hesitate to recommend his services. I was kept informed all stages of the procedure, the aftercare advise was great. Thank you for everything you did.

I first met Mr Chester in 2020. I was intending to have an uplift with implants. At this time, I saw him at Spire Solihull. He spent a long time explaining options to me and also, advised that I should lose weight and stop smoking in order to get the best results from the surgery. In 2023, I went back to see Mr Chester at Droitwich Spa hospital. I had lost weight and stopped smoking and was even more unhappy with the appearance of my breasts. Mr Chester explained all of the options available to me but also, managed my expectations about what would be possible and what the results may be like. He put me at ease and was so kind in his approach. I never felt rushed and he was exceptional in his attention to detail and ensuring I was fully informed. We decided to procced and he advised on an uplift without implants but explained I could decide about the implants later on, if I wanted them but this would be another operation. I booked in for my surgery with his secretary and underwent the procedure on the 13th March 2024. My surgery was more complicated than expected and I had to undergo a reduction on one breast and then the uplift. The results are amazing! The attention to detail and neatness of the scars is more than I had hoped for. I have seen Mr Chester twice since the surgery at 2 and 6 weeks and he continues to provide a wealth of information and advice and, he has some tricks to help the healing which have come with his years of experience. I met with other surgeons but no-one made me feel as comfortable and at ease as Mr Chester. I knew he would care for me and give me the best possible results that he could. I would highly recommend Mr Chester, he is an approachable, personable professional and an exceptional surgeon!
