Had a fantastic appointment with Dr Kohli, he was very relaxed and welcoming, and we were able to have some in-depth conversations really quickly.
Really supportive and was very happy to answer all my questions- even helping me complete the questionnaires for my assessment, which I was unable to do beforehand.
Would absolutely recommend :)

The doctor listened to me fully and with complete attention. He was helpful with understanding my diagnosis and very kind hearted about my experience and who I am. He gives me fully confidence in his ability and made me feel confident moving forward. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Amazing person.

Profile
I am working as Consultant in child and adolescent psychiatry.
My role comprises of assessing young people for low mood , anxiety , OCD, sleep disturbance, ADHD symptoms ( up to the age of 25y) and autism spectrum symptoms.
I carry out thorough pre-assessments of the child ‘s needs ,agree the goals for psychiatry consultation and review all the information provided such as RCADS , SNAP -4 , BDI , BAI , SDQ etc).
I have specialist expertise in ADHD , Autism & complex mental health needs ( substance use , psychosis , bipolar 1 & 2 , attachment issues , personality , stress , complex PTSD )
In the face to face / digital psychiatry consultation) there is clarification of symptoms and diagnosis is made accordingly.
High quality clinical formulation and treatment and management plan is communicated with the GP and CAMHS team.
In my role I prescribe psychotropic medication in line with NICE guidelines and also do medicine monitoring for therapeutic effects and side effects.
I regularly participate in CAMHS/ADHD MDT meetings , liaise with the CAMHS/ADHD Team colleagues and engage in CPD programme.
