I initially had contact with Mr. Arnaout regarding a damaged knee. During the period of examination/consultation I raised the problem with my hip. Having had steroid injections in knee and hip, knee was successful, hip wasn't, I was advised by Mr. Arnaout to consider the one giving the greatest amount of pain, not to rush the decision and, to bear in mind, decisions could be changed. Having had my hip replaced, which I consider a complete success, didn't have the pain or incapacity I expected for several week, I am delighted after six week progressing remarkably well. The professionalism, understanding, care from every aspect of hospital care, from surgeon, theatre team, nurses, physio, canteen food and cleaners was 1st class.

Firas is the first professional that actively listened to and accepted the issues I was experiencing. Together we created a plan and it was executed, I am truly grateful. My life is back on track, slowly, but I will do my best to compliment what we worked towards

I was very pleased with the operation to my knee by Mr Arnaout. It seems to be healing well, and my mobility has certainly improved, as I can now use my exercise bike. The only suggestion which I could make is that I would have liked perhaps to see a nurse, who might advise me as to how well the wound is healing, and if there are any steps which I might take to protect and enhance the healing process. I received absolutely amazing care from Mr Arnaout.He treated me with care and respect on every visit. I was in terrible pain prior to a hip replacement and I just cannot believe that from the moment the operation was completed all pain had disappeared. An absolute miracle! A problem occurred with the healing of the wound and Mr Arnaout and his team treated it with utmost care and professionalism. I could not wish to have received any better care and attention.
