Dr Christopher Marshall was the anaesthetist during my recent surgical procedure at worthing hospital & I would like thank him for his reassurance during my time in the anaesthetic room. I appreciated the time he took to explain every step as I felt particularly anxious. The warmth, compassion and attentiveness were a source of comfort when I felt most vulnerable.  I genuinely felt looked after and in good hands. Thank you!

Top marks Dr Chris Marshall! His calm demeanour is reassuring and helped make the whole experience more bearable. He plainly listens and takes on board any concerns and was seemingly ready for my refusal to tolerate the face mask! I am truly grateful for such an unflappable personality in what were for me, stressful circumstances. What can I say? If I had to do it again I’d be very happy knowing he was my anaesthetist. Thank you.

Dr Marshall immediately put me at ease by explaining what would happen before and after the operation. He was very easy to listen to and happy to answer any question that I had. I would like him to be there if I had any other operations. very attentive and gave the impression that he really cared.
