I had an operation, overnight care and follow up care at the Nuffield Newcastle. It has been amazing from start to finish. I cannot fault it and every single person I came in to contact with was so kind, professional and caring. I recommend this hospital without reservation.

From my admission to my discharge the Nuffield provided excellent care
The porters, nurses, doctors and catering staff provide first class care and i would not hesitate to recommend this hospital to anyone

I couldn’t thank all the staff enough for the fantastic care I was afforded during my two short stays in your great hospital, the doctors, nurses, caterers and everyone I met were thoroughly professional, caring and sincere at all times, I was looked after with great care 24 hours a day, nothing was a problem for the nurses or caterers who provided fantastic service with a great choice of meals. Both the day shift and night shirt nursing staff were brilliant with me and had a great sense of humour which is a massive help after an operation, so many thanks to the Newcastle Nuffield Hospital staff.

An absolutely first class service from the moment I picked up the phone to enquire until the minute I was discharged. I was provided with attention throughout from the Consultant, the medical staff, catering, cleaning just everyone involved. At every stage there was a willingness and response to deal with any action or follow up and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were impeccably clean and well presented, the routines are well organised, the staff all prepared for their role and no stone left unturned before discharge. I am extremely pleased with the advice given to me to consider this hospital and more than satisfied with the treatment and service received, this place is an example of how it should be done

Thoroughly recommend this excellent hospital. As a recently retired registered nurse I was most impressed by the high standards of nursing care I received which afforded dignity and compassion as well as expertise and professionalism . Medical care faultless. I felt in the best possible hands. Food amazing too. Thank you to all

An amazing hospital with fantastic, caring staff. Nothing was a problem for them and was made to feel totally at ease knowing that they were on call at any time. I was treated in a friendly &dignified manner . The staff were always happy and so efficient.
I would definitely recommend this hospital. Plus the food was amazing too!

The staff who treated and looked after me from administration, catering, nursing and doctors and physio were excellent, I cannot thank them enough for the care afforded me during my short stay at this wonderful hospital.

I would like to thank everyone who made my stay welcome from the reception staff to the medical professionals. I couldn't have asked for more, even taking a call from me in the early hours for advice on pain relief.
