Overall the service was very good.
I was diagnosed with a sprained ankle, which I had no pain from just swelling which I get every year when it’s warm
The problem was with my shin, which is still very painful.
Suggested improvements
Listened to where I said the injury was instead of focusing on my swollen ankle
