Professional in every department. Surgeon marvellous, explained what he was doing all the time. Very friendly and kind. Good aftercare.

Lovely friendly staff from arriving to leaving. During my procedure the surgeon talked to me telling me what he was doing and how it might feel, he checked several times if I was OK. I was brought a cup of tea and biscuit after recovery, my discharge afterwards was very quick.

The whole team have made my journey to recovery so much they have all been friendly and showed excellent care and communication and ensured my dignity remained throughout. I can not express how thankful I am for their high standards of care I know without their support my recovery would have taken much longer. We have laughed and I have cried at times but I will never be able to repay the gratitude I have for their care they really are an incredible team.

Staff were amazing, kind, caring and considerate. Listened to my concerns and helped me at every step before during and after surgery. The facility was great, newly built, clean and comfortable.
