The physio was lovely and very good at her job she was ontime and very thorough

No the service is good but the hospital looks worn and in need of paint

I cud not understand the lady that called me after asking 4 times for her to repeat a question the phone went dead, then I was called back and another lady spoke to me who I cud understand, after asking for sum build up drinks I was told to eat more which at this time I cannot do as I'm waiting for cancer treatment and am unable to eat a lot plus I have no appetite at all,

U could of offered me some build up drinks to at least stop me losing even more weight but qas told no,

Lucy listened carefully to everything I said without judging me & was very upbeat & positive about what would happen next. She gave me hope and I left her office with enthusiasm. She has already have my next 2 appointments.

All was good first visit easy to find and service excellent. Overall nothing to prove.
