I cud not understand the lady that called me after asking 4 times for her to repeat a question the phone went dead, then I was called back and another lady spoke to me who I cud understand, after asking for sum build up drinks I was told to eat more which at this time I cannot do as I'm waiting for cancer treatment and am unable to eat a lot plus I have no appetite at all,

U could of offered me some build up drinks to at least stop me losing even more weight but qas told no,
