My experience was a positive one. Mr. Hone has a relaxed manner, which I found helpful.Mr. Hone listened to my questions and answered any concerns that I had. The procedure, to remove some hardened and deep-seated ear wax had been attempted by a different practitioner, but had failed, and this made me particularly anxious. Throughout the procedure Mr. Hone explained what was going on. Afterwards other questions were answered. A special 'shout out' for one of Mr. Hone's team who showed real kindness during the procedure!

I visited Mr. Hone for earwax removal, this came after removal by a different party failed. Mr Hone's relaxed manner was very welcome and he put me at my ease throughout the 'tricky' removal...the previous failure suggested that removal might not be straight forward, and this was certainly in my mind during my consultation. I was kept informed of the details of the procedure throughout. After the procedure, Mr. Hone suggested a further consultation after 2 weeks should I feel it to be necessary. Also a special 'shout out' for a member of Mr. Hone's team who exhibited kindness and reassurance when needed!

I would totally recommend Dr Hone He made me feel at ease and easy to talk to. He listened attentively to me explaining the medical problem- he made notes at the end of the consultation He explained what he was examining and why and what would happen I was then given options and we agreed what the way forward was I went in feeling very anxious and came out relaxed and happy about the outcome

My entire care pathway with Mr Hone and his team , including clinic consultations and investigation as well as inpatient surgery , has been superb . Mr Hone has a friendly and relaxed manner combined with empathetic listening and communication as well as technical and surgical excellence . This is a service well worth travelling some distance to !

Mr Hone was so helpful when dealing with me. He organised the onward treatment for me, setting up appointments with other professional people in order to ascertain just what the problem was and how to deal with it. His polite manner and clear explanation to both myself and my wife helped alleviate the worries we had been experiencing. We cannot recommend him more highly.
