Dr Lie was very informative and helpful at our appointment. His approach was very pleasant and he gave us lots of time and opportunities to ask questions about my brother-in-law's forthcoming procedure. This is a difficult time for us as a family. Dr. Lie helped put us at ease. Thank you.

Dr Lie was very clear in the description he gave me of my intended operation. He explained fully the procedure for the anaesthetic block followed by the anaesthetic. He also explained any possible outcomes or problems, though reassuring me that these were few & far between. I was able to ask questions and felt he was interested in me and my health condition. He was very pleasant and wished me well on leaving. I felt confident that I had had a thorough pre-op interview with Dr Lie.
