I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Mahesh for my gallstones in the bile ducts. I was in hospital with pain and very unwell, scans didn’t show nothing and so hospital sent me with antibiotics, although I was still in a lot of pain. From the moment I walked into his office, I knew I was in good hands. His kind demeanor immediately put me at ease and I felt confident that he would provide me with the best care possible. During my consultation, Dr. Mahesh thoroughly explained the procedures of endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) that he would be performing to remove my gallstones from bile ducts. He patiently answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. I appreciated his detailed discussion as it helped me understand the process and feel more comfortable about the procedures. On the day of my procedures, Dr. Mahesh and his team were incredibly professional and efficient. They made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Dr. Mahesh's expertise was evident as he expertly performed the EUS and then ERCP, successfully removing my gallstones. I was amazed at how smoothly everything went and how quickly I was back on my feet. I am happy to say that after Dr. Mahesh's treatment, I am now pain-free. I am grateful for his exceptional skills and caring approach. He truly went above and beyond to ensure my well-being and I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend Dr. Mahesh to anyone in need of gastroenterology care. He is a fantastic doctor who is dedicated to his patients' health and well-being. Thank you, Dr. Mahesh, for giving me a new lease on life.

I recently visited Dr. Mahesh for long-standing abdominal pain, bloating, and diarrhea. I was highly impressed by his kindness, attentiveness, and ability to listen without interrupting. He also took the time to educate me about the gut-brain axis and the latest research in individualized treatments. I highly recommend Dr. Mahesh for anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring doctor for their gastrointestinal concerns. Thank you, Dr. Mahesh!"

Dr Mahesh is a wonderful doctor. I have a complex medical history and, having had two malignancies, a fear that my current symptoms are indicative of a third. Dr Mahesh was patient and understanding and listened carefully to my concerns. He gave me a good MOT including a gastroscopy, a CT and blood tests. My symptoms are Gastro in origin but very treatable. He has made me think carefully about diet and brain/gut syndrome. Dr Mahesh, unlike many doctors, looked at me throughout the consultation - not at his computer screen. His body language is that of a good listener who cares about his patients and puts them at the centre of his practice and makes them feel totally at ease. I felt that I was in the hands of a doctor who I could trust. I had a gastroscopy with no sedation. I followed Dr Mahesh’s instructions and was comfortable and had no after effects. Thank you Dr Mahesh. I don’t anticipate any further problems but if I have any, you will be my first port of call.

I have a long history of tummy pain, loose stools, bloating making me look pregnant. All these have consumed my life for a long time. I have met my GP and several herbalists, dietitians and some specialists in the NHS and all of them rubbished my symptoms. After careful research, I managed to meet Dr Venkat Mahesh in his private clinic. He was very patient and let me run through all my symptoms. He took a very detailed travel history and antibiotics use. I do a lot of fell walking and he asked me about the water and food during these days out. He explained a lot of science regarding how my gut interacts with the brain, my diet, lifestyle, gut bugs, gut immune system and all these was such an eye opener. He never dismissed my symptoms. I feel a lot better after seeing him and recently, I took my niece as well with similar problems. She is also so very grateful to him.
