I saw Dr Alessandro Malffato yesterday regarding my Bipolar II medication. I had been so unhappy for years on the medication I'm on due to the side affects. My experience was fantastic. I was anxious during the assessment as I was worried I may not get anywhere with it. But he listened to me, asked lots of questions to understand where I was coming from and I didn't feel rushed. He asked me about my mood during the call and it allowed me to share my concerns. He really knew what he was talking about and was happy to discuss the different medications and options so I felt empowered by the end - Like I wasn't going to have to feel stuck anymore as I have done for about 8 or the 12years I have been on this medication. I can't sing his praises enough! My experience was 10/10 I am very grateful to have found this service!

Dr Malfato has helped me a lot. He is very approachable and easygoing with patients. He is a very good lad and a very competent professional. I felt listened and understood. He has really walked the extra mile for me. I was in a deep crisis and he gave me the support I needed
