I have recently been treated twice at Stoneygate, once as an NHS patient and once privately, each time for Cataract removal and lens replacement surgery. All Covid prevention measures were strictly observed, and clinical cleanliness was maintained throughout the building at all times. The waiting area was comfortable, with tv and hot drinks available. I was treated with courtesy and respect by all staff on both occasions. I highly recommend Stoneygate to anyone needing eye surgery.

I was rather nervous before my cataract procedure, but that was quickly allayed by the friendly, caring professionalism of all the staff. My consultant, Mr Sampath, did everything he could to make my experience as pleasant as it could be. I felt very safe and won't be nervouse when I go to have the second one done.

From my original phone enquiry until my treatment was completed, all persons I dealt with, made my visit to the Eye Hospital very relaxed.

I was recommended to Mr Tailor at the Stoneygate Eye Hospital by my optician. The reception staff were welcoming, despite the difficult Covid-19 conditions. I had every confidence in the cleanliness of the waiting area and was regularly offered refreshments. I was provided with clear information on the Eye Hospital and the procedure I was undertaking. All the staff were friendly and helpful and appointment times were convenient. Staff responded quickly to my queries and I was able to contact them by email or phone. I would definitely recommend the Stoneygate Eye Hospital.
