I felt chastised that I had parked in the wrong car parking area. Please explain why you need to remove glasses but not a bra? Please explain why was I told that my foot would go in the MRI scanner when in fact 4in of my face would need to be in? Maybe an in-service training on claustrophobia may support the clinical staff so comments suggesting 'it's not your full face' would not happen. I am sorry I was an inconvenience today, I hope you never suffer from claustrophobia or experience the underlying reasons behind this. You totally lacked empathy today and it was sad to experience this as I am a clinician myself.
