I don't know why they bother to claim to be open until 8pm.
I went this evening, before 7pm, for a routine flu jab, only to see them closing the front doors "because they had no patients" and to be told that all nurses had already gone home.
How about actually providing the services they advertise within the hours they identify?

We're so sorry to hear about this. The flu jab drop-in clinic operates between the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Fleet Street Clinic medical services are available Monday-Thursday, 8.45am-8pm and Fridays 8.45am-5.30pm.
