When I called first I was in serious pain, the person I spoke to on the phone obviously understood how bad it all was and while she said there was nothing immediately available she asked to take my name and number and said she would call me back within fifteen minutes when she had spoken to one of the physios. She called me back inside five with an appointment within the hour. I was so grateful. They really move mountains for you at Physio & More, nothing is a problem and the team are really professional and friendly.
