Two days ago , I had synogel injected into my knee. Prior to the injection, I had imflamatory fluid removed. I was able to watch the whole process on the ultrasound screen which I found fascinating. All my queries received the upmost respect and I found the entire process from consultation to conclusion to be a very satisfying experience. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I need to in the future and I will recommend friends and family to go see Mike and his lovely team if they have any problems. Thanks Mike. I would give you 10 stars if I could.

Superb experience today for a vasectomy, Mike, Lynn and Ann were superb. Really put me at ease and really quick and pain free. Can't recommend enough!

The admin and nursing staff were also very lovely and made me feel cared for and safe. As was Dr Dr Fabricius.

Timely, spotless, great team of people

Efficient and helpful nurses, relaxing and chatty when needed to be, but thorough and giving advice regarding post operative care. Premises was clean and spacious , Doctor performed the cyst excision professionally and thoroughly. The only improvement I can suggest was a sign explaining where to wait as there was no receptionist present when I arrived. The notes were clear and helpful with a telephone number for any later potential problems.

I visited Dr Mike for an Anal Skin Tag Excision and was very well looked after. Anne and Lynn nursed on the day and they were both absolutely amazing. Pre-treatment I dealt mainly with Evonne via email and telephone and she was very efficient and helpful, the communication was spot on and she always responded very promptly. I had an initial phone consultation with Dr Mike and he was very calm, friendly and professional. I was a bit embarrassed about speaking about the treatment but soon felt at ease as he is very sincere and non-judgemental. It was easy to get to the clinic and parking was no bother. The consultation room and surgery were both immaculate and Anne and Lynn were meticulous and thorough in setting up for Dr Mike. I felt in very safe hands. I am a notoriously massive wuss and did feel very nervous but the team were so understanding and gave me a bit more time to calm my nerves before going ahead with treatment, and importantly made sure I was totally happy before doing so. It was a little uncomfortable getting the anaesthetic (although I did forget to use the numbing cream pre-surg so I definitely didn’t do myself any favours here) but I didn’t feel a thing during the skin tag excision. I was given aftercare advice at the clinic as well as written instructions to take away. Got a nice brew and a biscuit afterwards too - could have stayed for the afternoon for the crack with everyone, what a lovely team. Special thank you to Lynne who is incredibly affable and so attentive. I would advise anyone having this procedure to take a few days off work especially if you work a desk job like me! To be honest, standing and walking were both absolutely fine even on the same day but sitting was quite painful for a few days. From day 5 sitting became easier and by day 7 I began to feel much more comfortable generally. I did have a concern about a symptom and emailed the practice requesting a call back and within a few hours Dr Mike had been in touch. All in all - a positive experience and I am absolutely over the moon with the result! If you are looking to get this treatment done then I would highly recommend this very skilled, professional and friendly team at Northern Medical! Thanks again everyone!
