From the moment I walked in I was not sure what to expect, I was a complete bag of nerves and felt all over the place, as soon as I walked into the clinic I was faced with such a loving and supportive team who explained all the details in such a way that I felt at ease, they put me in my comfort zone, guided me step by step full of such reassurance that it will all be okay. One particular nurse I came across was [name removed], she was extremely understanding and caring and I felt she understood and met all my needs and put me at ease during this difficult time for me... I cannot thank her and the team enough for being here for me, your organisation is amazing and I am happy to have come to the right place!
