So different to last time. I came a good few years ago and although everyone was nice, it was so fast I felt like I was just a number and was being pushed from pillar to post. But this time was completely different, calm, considered and I felt like nothing was too much. There were still people here but I was made to feel like I was the only one. It was such a better experience so I can see they have made a real effort to change things.
