I cannot have asked for a better experience in what could have been very traumatic circumstances. My nurse [name removed] was able to keep me smiling ahead of the procedure and she had such an amazing caring attitude that she not only put me at ease she made me laugh and was extremely supportive with absolutely no judgement at all. I never would have imagined this to have been a positive experience but can honestly say from the minute I arrived that is what it has been. I will be eternally grateful to all of the staff who acted with care and professionalism that exceeded expectations. Thank you to everyone from the bottom of my heart and I wish you all a happy and fulfilled life from the receptionist to the surgeon. Thank you.
