Suggested improvements
I had to take the second tablet twice as it didn't fully work the first time, when I called I was asked to wait another 24 hours and call back tomorrow. When I called the next day I spoke to [name removed] in the call centre who said to me "sorry what is the purpose of your call!" I did not feel like that call was handled with care or compassion.
