Everybody I came into contact, over the phone and face to face made me so at ease, supportive and genuinely understanding. Staff were lovely the whole way through and reassured me when I started bleeding unexpectedly. Couldn't fault them at all throughout the whole process including !y initial consultation

Thank you so much! The care and compassion I got from staff made me feel at ease and comforted. All the nurses were professional while being friendly and empathetic. Overall they have made this experience much less upsetting and difficult than I was worried it would be, I could not fault them thank you so much!

The call centre staff let the centre down but the staff here make it all better all lovely people , [name removed] has great leadership skills and keeps the team and Paitents positive , credit too the company and [name removed] makes a shift easier with leadership, and positive attitude, I'm a nurse myself and watching from the other side was a credit to see we all work so hard.
