I was made to feel comfortable and supported throughout the time I spent there. Everything was clearly explained and the staff were professional and very friendly.

Was really nervous but they put me at ease. I felt no pain and I was worried beforehand and the staffs good spirits and senses of humour put me at ease. Truly lovely people and I felt like they cared about my mental health and general well being.
