The nurse was amazing. She was kind, explained everything well and made me feel comfortable. Although the reception staff weren’t as accommodating, it was a comfortable experience overall and I would recommend it to anyone who needs it. I wasn’t informed that I would not be allowed to bring visitors or someone to support me during the appointment and that they had to wait outside. Regardless of whether this was a covid procedure or not, I wouldn’t liked to be informed beforehand.
