Share review of MSI Reproductive Choices - Manchester Treatment Centre

I had my first proceedure cancelled on the way to the appointment which was quite stressful. This was due to my medical records not being looked at properly prior to the appointment. Although the follow on from this was stressful & upsetting my concerns were dealt with sympatheticaly & in a timely manner once I made you aware of the issue so I am happy with the outcome of my initial complaint. All you staff from the original nurse in you Preston location, to the staff in Manchester & everyone on the phone have been fantastic. Thank you.
