Suggested improvements
It would be nice for questions and concerns raised to be addressed but there were some things I asked to the surgeon that he didn't answer and I did not feel able to push him for a response. The delay throughout the day and lack of information about that was pretty poor. My appointment was before 9am but I wasn't seen till around 4.30pm and many people with appointments after myself were seen first; this was really disheartening and pretty stressful.

Hi and thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry your experience in Clinic was not more positive and I'm sure the team will be greatly disappointed. Manchester has an excellent reputation and it would appear that this was let down at your visit. I can only say that sometimes there are problems behind the scenes as there are in any care setting. These are few but when they happen they can delay the whole day. I will pass on your comments of course and I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
