Lovely non judgemental staff.
The only thing I would say for areas of development...
1. The first person I spoke to on the phone was amazing but the second person I spoke to, that booked in my consultation, was quite short and snappy.
2. I was asked to come in for a 11.05 appointment. I wasn't seen for over 2 hrs, which is quite a long time to stick around for when it's very emotional for you.
But otherwise amazing.
