On the day of the appointment the staff was brilliant they was very helpful caring and non judgemental. How ever getting the appointment was very difficult and was counciled twice on the morning of previous booked appointmens. And wasn't explained why properly until I complained. I felt as if before the appointment s were given my medicall records wasn't looked at properly. But again was more then professional on the day.
