Marie Stopes was recommended to me through a friend who has previously been treated with them. I had numerous phone consultations to begin with, with Marie Stopes Nurses & Staff who were very helpful and kind. I made an appointment at the Bristol Centre Clinic as that one was the closest to me. Although I do not live in the Bristol area I felt confident when travelling down for my treatment. When I visited the Bristol Clinic for my appointment I felt very comfortable being there. Nurse [name removed] carried out my appointment, and was super friendly and easy to talk to! She comforted me throughout the whole appointment and made me feel super calm. I would 100% recommend Marie Stopes to family and friends if they are ever in need of treatment!!

I felt really looked after by all the staff from reception to surgeons I wish I could name everyone by name but they were all fantastic quick and sufficient and kind very kind, softly spoken and make a cracking cup of coffee. I can't say anything negative they were all so attentive and lovely made me feel safe and happy given the situation.
Every person involved deserves a medal for being the individual person they are

[name removed] and [name removed] in the dayroom were so friendly and patient with me while trying to manage pain and recovery, giving me a reminder of everyone's names.
[name removed] was charming, calming, patient and informative, guiding the process for me brilliantly. [name removed] and [name removed] made the treatment room far less frightening, and treated me so gently when I seemed panicked and overwhelmed.
[name removed] was a gentle and personable surgeon, efficient too as it was all over so fast! [name removed] n [name removed] listened well and responded to feedback on my comfort and preferences in such a friendly and efficient manner.
Honestly everyone has been so lovely!

They were all very kind and lovely. Helpful and monitored myself regularly throughout my stay. Was checked extra also due to lower blood pressure.

Obviously this is not a pleasant thing to have to go through however every one of the staff is pod to was polite, welcoming, calm, and really kind. There was no pressure to make any decisions, and I felt respected and comfortable. Thank you for making the experience as good as it can be.
