Due to being in a domestic abuse situation the nurses and call centre staff couldn't do enough for me. They handled every phone call brilliantly. Put up with my tears and anxiety and constantly explained everything. The Bristol manager even took my my medication to the post office and had it recorded posted at a time when my husband would not be at home so I would be kept safe. This has stopped me from potentially wanting to end my life. I couldn't go ahead with the pregnancy but had no one ask to ask. I live on a rural area. [name removed] was the nurse I spoke to on the telephone.
