The lady I spoke to, [name removed], was lovely. She took the time to listen to me explain my story and she allowed me to speak honestly without any judgement. As a sufferer of anxiety (telephone calls are a big trigger) I cannot express how lovely it was to have a heartfelt person at the other end of the phone, listening and making sure your care is covered all round. I have never had to go through this before, had I not of lost my brother 2 weeks ago and if my health could withstand the pregnancy, I may never have spoken to [name removed], but in my case, I’m glad I had her at the end of the phone helping me through with care and consideration. Not once did I feel rushed or just “another patient”.
I wasn’t going to take any counselling, but after I spoke to [name removed], I realised it’s easier to talk to a stranger about your troubles. So I have my first session in a weeks time. Again, thanks to [name removed].
She’s a credit to your company.
