My appointment was made for the next day after my telephone consultation, and I didn’t have to wait at all to be seen.
Both members of staff who saw me were kind, friendly and explained the different parts of the process clearly. [name removed] was particularly helpful at explaining the process and what to expect, and I came out feeling much less worried (and relieved) than when I went in. Thank you for making a stressful process much less so.
