Dear Dr Iqbal,
I firstly wanted to thank you for seeing me yesterday.
I had been feeling so close to coming the end of my tether and seeing you gave me the first feeling of hope that I have felt in a very long time.
You were attentive to everything I had to say and gave me time to speak, and unlike so many others you listened.
Given the emotional circumstances, you made me feel so welcome and valid in the way I have been feeling and within minutes of speaking with you I felt at ease.
I would recommend you highly to anyone else I know who is struggling and I now know where I can turn to if I ever need an expert.
