Facility for video-consultations which have been very convenient.
Amazing secretary/receptionist/administrator/practice manager (same person), who is welcoming, kind and reassuring from first contact!
You really get the feeling you’re going to be looked after and supported for the better. It made a huge difference to me and how I felt about seeing a psychiatrist - I can’t thank you enough for your encouragement, reassurance and kindness!
