I received radiotherapy treatment at Genesis and received such a great quality of service that felt sorry to say good bye. Great thanks to the teams working there.

From start to finish the staff and environment was open, friendly and accommodating. I loved the puzzle in the "inside" waiting room - it gave time for reflection & away from technology. Just the greatest idea!

I have been attending Genesiscare since 2016 and I’ve always been treated with kindness and respect , the reception staff are friendly and always asked how I am . The chemotherapy team are also kind and caring and always ready for a chat and if needed a shoulder to lean on

This clinic is amazing and have recommended it to friends.
Even through lockdown my treatment was never stopped or delayed. Always plenty of parking which does help.
The reception staff were always friendly and helpful. Once I went for my appointment but felt pretty rotten so they got me a wheelchair and took me up for blood test in lift. I felt stupid but they were so nice.
The chemotherapy and radiotherapy units were always spotless and the staff were always there supporting you.
I cannot fault this clinic and thank them all for making me well again.

Everyone at Genesis Care has been lovely to interact with and wholly supportive. Big shout out to Dasha who is very supportive and Laura who is incredibly organised and "on it". Thank you!
