GP I had an appointment was lovely and helpful but Doctorcare overall including their customer service is awful! I am still waiting for my blood test results 4 weeks after I had the test. I have been chasing by email and phone every day but all I get is that no one is available and someone would call me back. I am still waiting, rang again today and nothing. They blamed the Hospital for not returning the test results in time, I phoned the hospital myself and it took me 2 minutes to get through to pathology dept where a lovely lady confirmed that my results were sent to Doctorecare. I honestly do not understand why they would treat someone like they are treating me. It is extremely frustrating and upsetting. I am concerned if my data is safe now as it was sent but never received? Please do not use them - they are terrible.
