Every so often I get sinus problems which produce a foul tasting fluid; Sinutabs are the one product I've found which effectively clear it away within a couple of hours. Other off-the-shelf medicines don't seem to have any effect on it or, if they do, they don't have as good an effect. Unfortunately I'm not supposed to take these any more, due to clashing with a blood pressure tablet (Indapamide) that I have to take but mercifully I haven;t had the sinus problems for some time now.
