After my cast came off from surgery I had horrendous thick cracked dry skin ,this gel was the only thing that restore skin back to normal within a week. Also have continued to use for dry hands etc. Would recommend to everybody.

Slightly heavy and greasy, but presumably that is the intention, and it is effective in helping to moisturise very dry skin.

This was very useful for me as I suffered from an unexplained rash whilst breastfeeding and therefore was limited what I could use. It absorbs very easily and I liked the fact that you can use it is often as you need, whereas other creams (eg. E45) have limited use per day.
