You will be warned of the side effects of this cream, red sores not necessarily at the point of contact, weeping and occasional bleeding. It will get worse over around 4 weeks then the last 1 or 2 weeks it'll start to clear and dry out. Slight pain, itching and wanting to scratch can be ignored over time. Bandages can be worn over the wound if going out to avoid contact with clothes. Mine was on my neck. Towel or old pillow case assisted at night. Keep it clean and it will get better.
