Staff are very supportive. No clippy cloppy heals. Soft shoes if possible.

Response from the doctor - Thank you for your review and i am pleased that you find our staff supportive. I am sorry that you find the shoes staff wear too noisy. We do have signs up for staff to be as quiet as possible whilst treatment is being received. We will raise during our morning handovers the problems you have found and ensure that staff are as quiet as possible whilst you are receiving treatment. I will also ensure that ear plugs are available should you wish to use them. Once again please accept my apologies.

Staff are very supportive. Your ears can become very sensitive, so slippers or soft shoes worn by staff if possible?
