I had not been to see a physio before. I was impressed by Karen's professional manner and soon made to feel at ease. Her consulting room was neat, tidy, warm and cleanly presented. Karen listened as I described my problem, asking questions as necessary and making notes. My mobility was assessed as a reference point and over the course of treatment we could both see improvement. In addition, I received an exercise routine, shortly after my first treatment, via email, to complement it and help regain my flexibility. I felt totally confident in Karen's abilities and she was excellent at locating the areas requiring attention without my having to highlight any of them. Her communication skills during the treatment were reassuring as to my wellbeing and comfort. Her memory skills were excellent too. There was never a need for repetition of questions previously asked. A very professional, competent lady and someone I would certainly recommend or see again without hesitation should the need arise.
