Prescription given on a wednesday, asked for it on following saturday, told 'I can't find prescription come back next week'. Repeat presc. For 40 years never in stock, they say 'Give to weeks to get presc'. One person on till on a sat. In dec. With long queue. Need trained staff and more staff on sat.

I submitted my repeat prescription at my Doctor at 1000 on Monday 12th November. I went to collect the prescription at 1500 on Thursday 15th, and was kept waiting for 15 minutes, only to be told they were "too busy" and hadn't had time to assemble the items. I asked if it would be ready by Friday morning and was told "possibly" . I went to collect the prescription again at 1155 today Friday 16th, and was kept waiting 12 minutes because of the number of customers waiting to be served, but was given my prescription. All the items I need are off the shelf items which should all always be in stock. Clearly you need more staff to both dispense prescriptions and serve customers in the shop.

More staff. Always very busy.
