Having been a customer of the Mitcham branch for about twenty years they know me well and I always find them cheerful even though they are under great pressure at times, not just from customers/patients. I received excellent service at all my visits.

Staff are quick and give excellent customer service!

The staff are friendly and they will also call another store in the area if an item of stock is not in there store, and within 2 days they call you to tell you that you can come and collect the item,
