I really enjoyed the fact that you can talk to someone and get good advice without being made to look stupid. The staff are always friendly with a caring smile.

I am signed up to have all my daughter's prescriptions picked up from the GP by this pharmacy and they are always courteous, professional and helpful. The manager in particular always uses my name and that of my daughter and asks how we both are - a personal touch which I welcome as it makes me feel a valued customer and not just another person coming in and out of their pharmacy. The staff are always helpful and will offer advice and alternative recommedations to the higher costed brands, which is always good for the pocket!
