This web site asks about "staff", but I think it is the central company at fault, not the people who have to make the best of it working in the branch! I understand that government has cut a grant that used to exist to chemists. One of two of the larger ones used to pack into dose boxes and deliver for free, even weekly, with no specific funding, and it's harder without the grant. The rest of them just pack into dose boxes and might sometimes deliver to a customer who has no other option, as a monthly favour if it's easily do-able, but don't do it as an advertised service. Boots used to use a central machine to pack drugs into bubble packs and post. They no longer take-on new customers for this. As a result, lots of people are trying-out Lloyds who still advertise home delivery on the web site, but deliveries to my mum simply stopped. Each week I go to Lloyds and join the queue of people waiting to pick-up underlivered prescriptions while someone in the basement tries to keep-up, packing dose boxes by hand. Then the person has to wait for a qualified chemist to come and check, and this week there was no Donezepil because Lloyds finance and logistics people didn't arrange for enough stock. So I go twice this week. I read that the NHS faced a lot more people in hospital this winter and wonder: how much is it to do with Lloyds pretending they can still provide a service when (even with ideal staff) they're not set-up to do it? Even when the prescription is ready, it is part of a rack of packs in a mysterious order. Finding it is a bit like finding an archived document in the National Archives down the road. As soon as this prescription runs-out, I'm changing to an independent chemist, even if I have to check courier apps and get it delivered that way, or go round once a month myself.

This is the only pharmacy I use the staff are always very helpful and give good sound advice they are alway polite and cheerful and explane everything you may want to know in a careful and clear manor I would recomend it to all my friends.
