There is always a queue waiting to be served, even after a member of staff serve you, there is always a long delay before they can find the right prescription. While most of the staff are polite, one member is rude at Henfield.

Long queue, not enough staff. Time in queue spent listening to complaint from customer. This happens time and time again. It is not the fault of the staff, but they get the criticism. Please can something be done about this.
