Always good helpfull service.

Cleanliness of floor-always mess on entering - staff have to, I have no time to clean it...! Always dirty floor on entry Unhealthy - esp. in a chemist! Yes as always - service not fast Yes as staff appear stressed at times Always helpful and friendly Always queues and long waiting times Not for fast service!

As a wheelchair user I would like Lloyds not to stack goods at the ends of the isles or on the floor!

I collect an express repeat prescription from this pharmacy every month.Majority of the time there is a queue of at least 4 people sometimes reaching close to double figures.There are two counters in the store but only one(pharmacy) is ever open meaning people who want to purchase items other than prescriptions are in the same queue increasing waiting time.There is no sense of urgency and people are being kept waiting unreasonable lengths of time.There are generally 3 or 4 pharmasists working but 2 people serving.I went in on this day to collect my prescription a day early(I was told the prescriptions are usually in several days before the due date) and when they couldnt find it I overheard the pharmacist say People are coming in too early.When it was pointed out I was a day early I was told it was being collected that day and to call back tomorrow.Service is very poor.
