After having payed for the items I had just purchased, I realised that I had been charged a higher amount than the one displayed on the shelf. I kindly pointed the mistake to a member of the staff. They didn’t apologised and refunded me visibly annoyed. Quite disappointing.

Lloyds Pharmacy in Forest Row offer a friendly & personal service. Especially important is that Weleda products are stocked in this particular pharmacy - many local people purchase their Weleda products here. As for anything else, the personal service provided is due to knowing each customer as a member of the local community.
